II. Suitable Raw Materials

(1) Various special fibre (various plush, velour, etc.), velveteen, chemical fibre and blended raw materials.
(2) Various leftovers (nonwoven leftover, waste yarn ends, cloth leftover, etc.)  Note: Adopt roller Rolla for feeding during loosing and carding leftover.

III. Features

Loosing/mixing (leftover)
Adopt negative space grooved Rolla for feeding Rolla, which intensify fibre holding force and reduce damage on fibre. Fit for loosing, carding and mixing various special fibres. Adopt dynamic/static needle board for loosing and carding. It overcomes disadvantages such as less carding point and bad mixing effect for common opening machine. It looses and mixes raw materials sufficiently, has wide applicable range.
