Main Advantages
1、Energy-saving clutch fixed on shaft of the main motor, using triangle belt to drive Cylinder and then the licker-in driven, this structurd is simple and reliable
and smooth to start. A licker-in speed sensor is fixed to control its speed to suit the starting and stopping fo Doffer, which prevents block-up of card.
2、The Doffer motor adopts AC stepless frequency control piecing-up with low speed and running rapidly, it is convenient to Dotter, which prevents block-up of card.
3、The feed roller is driven by a separate motor. AC stepless speed invertor is interlocked with Doffer. 4、There-roller cotton strippings, on the stripping roller, an actively tran smithed cleaning roller is fitted to prevent the Doffer clothing form being damaged. Between the mill rolls and calendar roller, a movable curl plate condenser is fixed to improve its working stability.
5、Front and rear stationary flats and licker-in segment plate are fitted.
